Quick Shrimps in Turmeric parsley sauce, with Sugar Snap Peas

This sauce served over your favorite pasta is a great way to finish the day with a scrumptious dinner and one of my favorite things to eat! This recipe is anti inflammatory: it contains turmeric, ginger, pepper, and olive oil, a bunch of veggies. It is dairy free, since I use coconut milk. The result is silky delish! Additionally, shrimp and turmeric make for a great pair. Finally, it’s quickly cooked and detoxed because my ingredients are pre steamed before mixing in the sauce on low heat in my sauté pan.

Try this quickly made, fresh and flavorful steamed fish spread made with a only a few ingredients within 20-25 min. You can eat it spread on sourdough bread, over potatoes or simply with steamed vegetables and rice, sprinkled with cheese. It is simply delicious. The perfect lunch snack compatible and which my kids love. It’s gluten free, dairy free ( cheese sprinkles are optional) , sugar free and made with very few, healthy ingredients. Bon appétit!

Mediterranean Style Steamed Fish Medley Recipe 

It may be the way I make fish, but a fish medley always makes me think of spring. Mix together different textures of steaky, white and fatty fish also means mixing different colors and tastes. Also, gather and cut all colors of the rainbow on your vegetables cutting board; a vibrant colored ratatouille of sorts. Tomatoes will provide the soft, juicy texture. Peppers, zucchini, eggplant, onion or/and leek provide the rest of the color. Add mediterranean herbs like thyme, rosemary and oregano, sea salt and pepper. Finish with a layer of deep green olive oil and serve it at your outside table, on a sunny day.
