Assurez-vous qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une seule couche et qu&rsquo;il y a de la place pour laisser passer la vapeur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3)<\/strong> Pendant que le brocoli cuit \u00e0 la vapeur, faites chauffer votre sauteuse \u00e0 feu doux, ajoutez de l&rsquo;huile et du sel, 1 gousse d&rsquo;ail \u00e9minc\u00e9e (ou 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;ail en poudre), 2 tasses de lait d&rsquo;amande non sucr\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4) <\/strong>Transf\u00e9rer le brocoli cuit \u00e0 la vapeur douce dans la sauteuse, maintenir un feu doux. Placez les bouquets de chou-fleur et l&rsquo;oignon ou le poireau dans le panier du cuit-vapeur. Couvrir 4 minutes. Une fois cuits, les transf\u00e9rer dans la sauteuse. Temps de cuisson de chaque l\u00e9gume : 4 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5) Saupoudrez de morceaux et de poudre de noisettes et m\u00e9langez.  <\/strong>Ajoutez des c\u00e2pres selon votre go\u00fbt !  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Si vous souhaitez un repas complet avec de la viande, le<\/strong> poulet se marie tr\u00e8s bien avec ce plat. D\u00e9couper le poulet en morceaux d&rsquo;un tiers \u00e0 un demi-pouce. Le sel. Une fois les l\u00e9gumes cuits, placez le poulet dans le panier du cuit-vapeur. Faites cuire \u00e0 la vapeur pendant 6-7 minutes. Transf\u00e9rer dans la casserole et m\u00e9langer. Ajoutez du sel selon votre go\u00fbt.
