Vitaliseur est le cuit vapeur id\u00e9al<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Vitaliseur est un cuit vapeur m\u00e9tallique en acier inoxydable 18\/10. Il est tr\u00e8s efficace pour permettre \u00e0 la vapeur de s&rsquo;\u00e9couler librement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son grand r\u00e9servoir et aux grands trous du tamis (ou panier \u00e0 vapeur), ainsi qu&rsquo;\u00e0 son couvercle en forme de cloche. La plupart des l\u00e9gumes sont cuits en 1 \u00e0 3 minutes (l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 feuilles vertes) ou de 5 \u00e0 7 minutes. La viande ou le poisson n\u00e9cessitent 5 \u00e0 15 minutes en fonction de l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur et de la consistance, et les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales ( 15 \u00e0 20 minutes). Les l\u00e9gumineuses pr\u00e9tremp\u00e9es ne n\u00e9cessitent que 5 minutes pour les lentilles et 20 minutes pour les haricots noirs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il cuit \u00e9galement des <a href=\"https:\/\/steamedcuisinelifestyle.com\/fr\/2023\/11\/11\/gateau-aux-amandes-au-citron-et-a-lhuile-dolive\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">g\u00e2teaux<\/a> moelleux et d\u00e9licats en un temps normal, malgr\u00e9 une temp\u00e9rature plus basse de 202\u00b0F ( 95\u00b0C), comme le ferait un four standard \u00e0 375\u00b0F ( 180\u00b0C). En prime, vous obtenez une saveur incroyable &#8211; oui, les saveurs sont am\u00e9lior\u00e9es, sublim\u00e9es dans le cuit vapeur ! &#8211; et une consistance moelleuse, souple. Le Vitaliseur ne contient pas de panier \u00e0 vapeur : le panier ou tamis est v\u00e9ritablement un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel du cuit vapeur. Bien s\u00fbr j&rsquo;utilise une pinc\u00e9e de sel &#8211; du sel de mer gris pour \u00eatre exact -, d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive extra vierge et d&rsquo;un peu de sucre. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser de la farine tout usage d&rsquo;engrain ( Jovial Foods aux U.S.A.). Dans ce cas, utilisez la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 de farine d&rsquo;engrain de bl\u00e9 entier fra\u00eechement moulue. J&rsquo;utilise mon broyeur Komo \u00e0 cette fin. Il suffit d&rsquo;\u00e9carter le couvercle et de placer votre bol en c\u00e9ramique dedans . En se dissipant, la vapeur donne une premi\u00e8re impulsion chaude \u00e0 votre p\u00e2te pour qu&rsquo;elle commence \u00e0 lever. Il m&rsquo;a vraiment aid\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9marrer toutes mes fermentations de pain, ainsi que les d\u00e9marrages et les levains pendant les mois froids de l&rsquo;hiver.
