le VItaliseur : Allumez la cuisini&egrave;re &agrave; feu vif sous un cuit vapeur rempli d'environ 5 &agrave; 7 cm d'eau. Une fois que la vapeur abonde, baissez le feu jusqu'&agrave; ce que vous ayez besoin de cuire un aliment.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"1\" id=\"mv_create_60_2\">Si vous souhaitez manger ce plat avec du riz, ajoutez deux cups ( 4 tasses fran&ccedil;aises)  et 3 cups d'eau chaude ( chauff&eacute;e avec votre bouilloire &eacute;lectrique &agrave; 80&deg;C\/160&deg;F) et cuisez le riz dans l'eau chaude sur le tamis du Vitaliseur pendant environ 15 minutes. Cette cuisson peut &ecirc;tre faite &agrave; l'avance et le riz r&eacute;chauff&eacute; 5-10 minutes au Vitaliseur &agrave; la derni&egrave;re minute.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"2\" id=\"mv_create_60_3\">Pr&eacute;parez les ingr&eacute;dients. Coupez tout simplement les l&eacute;gumes sur une planche &agrave; d&eacute;couper en bois: coupez la courge en cubes, les choux de Bruxelles en quatre dans le sens de la longueur, et couper les onions en tranches.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"3\" id=\"mv_create_60_4\">M&eacute;langez la viande h&acirc;ch&eacute;e avec les oignons &eacute;minc&eacute;s dans un bol, avec le sel et le poivre, les herbes. Faites des boulettes d'environ 5 cm de diam&egrave;tre avec vos mains, mettre de c&ocirc;t&eacute;.  <\/li><li data-step-index=\"4\" id=\"mv_create_60_5\">Une fois que le Vitaliseur est chaud ou apr&egrave;s avoir retir&eacute; le riz, cuisez tous les l&eacute;gumes dans le tamis, apr&egrave;s avoir referm&eacute;. Cuisez 4 minutes. Faites le en deux fois si les trous du cuit vapeurs ne sont pas suffisamment libres pour faire passer la vapeur.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"5\" id=\"mv_create_60_6\">Pendant que les l&eacute;gumes cuisent, allumez la cuisini&egrave;re &agrave; feu doux sous la sauteuse, avec 2\/3 cup d'eau ( 1 tasse et demie) d'eau. Ajoutez le sel, le thym et la sauge.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"6\" id=\"mv_create_60_7\">Transf&eacute;rez les l&eacute;gumes cuits vapeur dans la sauteuse, m&eacute;langez les avec l'eau et l'assaisonnement de la po&ecirc;le. Si besoin, ajoutez un peu plus de .sel. <\/li><li data-step-index=\"7\" id=\"mv_create_60_8\">Cuisez les boulettes de viande &agrave; la vapeur environ 5 minutes.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"8\" id=\"mv_create_60_9\">Une fois cuites ( elles seront encore un peu rouge &agrave; l'int&eacute;rieur) , versez les boulettes dans la sauteuse, m&eacute;langer avec les l&eacute;gumes. Couvrez en gardant le feu doux. Laissez tous les ingr&eacute;dients finir de cuire ensemble pendant 5 minutes, pendant que vous mettez le couvert. Ajoutez un peu d'huile juste avant de servir. Vous pouvez cuire les boulettes de viande plus longtemps dans le VItaliseur avant de les transf\u00e9rer dans la sauteuse. Mais plus vous les cuisez longtemps, plus elles seront s\u00e8ches. Coupez en une un peu pour avoir une id\u00e9e de cuisson avant de transf\u00e9rer dans la sauteuse. Vous aurez une id\u00e9e de combien reste \u00e0 cuire dans la sauteuse. <\/p><p>2. Le Vitaliseur est le cuit vapeur que j&#x27;utilise. C&#x27;est un instrument fabuleux, fran\u00e7ais bien s\u00fbr.
