L&rsquo;hiver, j&rsquo;aime un repas chaud. Mais quand les jours sont ensoleill\u00e9s, ou les jours charg\u00e9s, j&rsquo;aime pouvoir faire un repas froid, surtout si je peux pr\u00e9parer tous les ingr\u00e9dients avant de partir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette salade ne n\u00e9cessite pas de cuisson. Et si vous n&rsquo;avez aucun mal \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer les l\u00e9gumes crus, vous adorerez cette salade sucr\u00e9e-sal\u00e9e, croquante et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9pic\u00e9e par un assaisonnement \u00e0 la moutarde en grains. Les choux de Bruxelles r\u00e2p\u00e9s et les noix apportent du croquant, l&rsquo;avocat et\/ou le fromage de ch\u00e8vre une douce onctuosit\u00e9. Le jambon donne une touche sal\u00e9e, et la pomme et le c\u00e9leri, de la douceur. D&rsquo;abord, je n&rsquo;avais jamais envisag\u00e9 de les manger crus, mais quelle id\u00e9e g\u00e9niale de les manger r\u00e2p\u00e9s ! Les choux de Bruxelles sont plus faciles \u00e0 m\u00e2ch\u00e9s \u00e0 cette taille. Leur go\u00fbt est plus facile \u00e0 sentir sur votre palais, et les combinaisons de saveurs commencent \u00e0 \u00eatre int\u00e9ressantes. Depuis la premi\u00e8re fois que je les aie mang\u00e9es en salade chez un ami, j&rsquo;ai fait quelques versions de mon c\u00f4t\u00e9. C&rsquo;est la version que j&rsquo;aime le plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai ador\u00e9 d\u00e9couvrir un autre l\u00e9gume que je pouvais maintenant manger cru et auquel je n&rsquo;avais pas pens\u00e9 auparavant ! Comme je l&rsquo;ai expliqu\u00e9 dans d&rsquo;autres posts, la cuisson de tout produit entra\u00eene la destruction de certains nutriments. C&rsquo;est pourquoi je pr\u00e9conise la cuisson \u00e0 la vapeur douce avec un cuit vapeur qui cuit les aliments \u00e0 la vapeur non pressuris\u00e9e, comme le <a href=\"https:\/\/shop.vitaliseurdemarion.fr\/boutique?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Vitaliseur<\/a>. Cependant, je trouve toujours important d&rsquo;essayer de manger autant d&rsquo;aliments crus que possible, pour le go\u00fbt, la densit\u00e9 des nutriments et les hormones v\u00e9g\u00e9tales qui gardent mes hormones bien \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les produits sont plus riches en nutriments lorsqu&rsquo;ils sont dans le sol, bien s\u00fbr : ils sont vivants et plus proches de leur source de nutrition. \u00c0 partir du point de ramassage, les nutriments commencent \u00e0 se d\u00e9grader. La couleur, marqueur de la densit\u00e9 des nutriments, commence \u00e0 s&rsquo;estomper. Je veille donc \u00e0 consommer une grande diversit\u00e9 de produits crus, sous forme d&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritifs, de salades d&rsquo;accompagnement ou de salades pour un seul repas. C&rsquo;est aussi une garantie que mes enfants go\u00fbteront \u00e0 la salade : ils adorent les fruits.
