Cette ann\u00e9e, nous avons donc choisi des ingr\u00e9dients d&rsquo;automne et essay\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er quelque chose de nouveau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce que j&rsquo;aime avec les l\u00e9gumes d&rsquo;automne, c&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;ils sont si polyvalents qu&rsquo;ils peuvent facilement \u00eatre associ\u00e9s \u00e0 des ingr\u00e9dients sal\u00e9s, ou \u00e0 la fois sal\u00e9s et sucr\u00e9s. La pomme se marie \u00e0 merveille avec des ingr\u00e9dients savoureux comme les l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 feuilles vertes, les l\u00e9gumes f\u00e9culents, et les diverses types de courges . Il se marie \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s bien avec le chou de Milan ou chou vert. En prime, vous r\u00e9aliserez ce plat tr\u00e8s rapidement et pourrez facilement l&#8217;emporter au bureau. Ce repas peut \u00eatre v\u00e9g\u00e9talien si vous le pr\u00e9parez avec du tofu. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement le pr\u00e9parer avec du poulet cuit \u00e0 la vapeur. Les ingr\u00e9dients sont cuits en douceur dans le cuit vapeur puis m\u00e9lang\u00e9s \u00e0 feu doux dans la sauteuse pour pr\u00e9server les saveurs et la densit\u00e9 des nutriments. Certains ingr\u00e9dients peuvent \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement grill\u00e9s \u00e0 la po\u00eale au cours du processus. Et je me souviens avec \u00e9motion de ces d\u00e9jeuners d&rsquo;automne lors des vacances scolaires fran\u00e7aises. J&rsquo;avais souvent la chance d&rsquo;avoir le temps de d\u00e9jeuner \u00e0 la maison ! J&rsquo;esp\u00e8re que, comme moi, mes enfants que je scolarise en bilingue \u00e0 la maison se souviendront des d\u00e9jeuners pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 la maison \u00e0 l&rsquo;automne. Bien s\u00fbr, ils adorent les beignets et le jus de pomme frais, le jus de pomme \u00e9pic\u00e9 et la cueillette des pommes. Je sais qu&rsquo;ils se souviendront de m&rsquo;avoir aid\u00e9e \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer d&rsquo;innombrables d\u00e9jeuners et d\u00eeners avec des l\u00e9gumes et des couleurs d&rsquo;automne. Cette semaine, ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 surpris de trouver des pommes dans un plat sal\u00e9 et de manger du tofu diff\u00e9remment. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un chou vert tr\u00e8s fonc\u00e9, \u00e7 la texture fris\u00e9e et boucl\u00e9es, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement cloqu\u00e9es, et une saveur plus intense que le chou blanc ( le chou blanc fran\u00e7ais est appel\u00e9 vert en anglais!) Il est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s riche en nutriments ! J&rsquo;aime l&rsquo;assaisonner simplement, avec de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, du thym et du sel. Le chou vert est un l\u00e9gume tr\u00e8s polyvalent, mais j&rsquo;aime en faire des plats tr\u00e8s simples en raison de sa saveur profonde et unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le chou vert regorge, entre autres, de fibres bien s\u00fbr, de vitamine C (54 % de l&rsquo;AJR dans une tasse !) et de K1 (85 % de l&rsquo;AJR dans une tasse !) qui est essentielle \u00e0 la coagulation du blog). Il est riche en potassium (10 % de l&rsquo;AQR) et en calcium. Je n&rsquo;arrive pas \u00e0 croire que je n&rsquo;y ai pas pens\u00e9 plus t\u00f4t ! Le go\u00fbt est excellent. Le go\u00fbt de la butternut est juste assez sucr\u00e9, mais pas trop, pour se combiner avec un fruit qui est plus sucr\u00e9 et plus doux lorsqu&rsquo;il est cuit. Coupez le tofu en cubes et rassemblez les herbes et les \u00e9pices, sel et poivre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ouvrez le couvercle du cuit vapeur une fois qu&rsquo;il est visiblement en train de cuire \u00e0 la vapeur.
