Mais elle am\u00e9liore aussi la texture et les saveurs ! \u00c0 tel point que je connais des personnes qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 convaincues de l&rsquo;adopter dans leur cuisine apr\u00e8s avoir compar\u00e9 des aliments cuits avec cette m\u00e9thode. L&rsquo;utilisation du cuit vapeur donne \u00e0 ce repas encore plus de saveur, permet au poulet de rester tr\u00e8s tendre et moelleux et aux l\u00e9gumes de rester croquants, savoureux et riches en nutriments. Elle pr\u00e9serve les nutriments et fait suer les toxines avant le m\u00e9lange des aliments et de l&rsquo;assaisonnement qui m\u00e9lange les saveurs. pourcentage de ce plat classique puis-je cuire \u00e0 la vapeur douce ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La plupart des ingr\u00e9dients de ce plat peuvent \u00eatre pr\u00e9cuits ou cuits \u00e0 la vapeur douce. Vous pouvez m\u00eame cuire tout le repas \u00e0 la vapeur en m\u00e9langeant les ingr\u00e9dients dans la soupi\u00e8re du Vitaliseur. Pour ma part, je ne le fais pas. car ma famille est trop grande pour tout cuire dans la soupi\u00e8re, sauf une soupe! Lisez le livre Dark Calories et apprenez-en plus). L&rsquo;huile de colza bio, press\u00e9e \u00e0 froid, est la seule exception. N&rsquo;ayez pas peur des go\u00fbts forts, l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive se marie bien avec tellement d&rsquo;aliments!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les vinaigrettes industrielles, car elles sont pleines d&rsquo;huiles raffin\u00e9es. Je fais moi-m\u00eame mes vinaigrettes, et elles restent plut\u00f4t simples, car la simplicit\u00e9 est souvent peu appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e, mais elle est souvent meilleure. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans la mesure du possible, je n&rsquo;utilise pas de GLUTEN ou de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales modernes. Lorsque j&rsquo;en utilise, il s&rsquo;agit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u00a0\u00bbengrain ou de Kamut, des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales anciennes \u00e0 haute valeur nutritionnelle et \u00e0 faible teneur en gluten. Les personnes non c\u0153liaques les tol\u00e8rent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement tr\u00e8s bien.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PAS de produits de vache, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire beurre, lait, lait demi \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9, cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche ou cr\u00e8me \u00e9paisse, yaourt, etc. Si j&rsquo;utilise des produits laitiers, ils proviennent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d&rsquo;animaux plus petits comme la ch\u00e8vre ou la brebis (fromage de ch\u00e8vre, k\u00e9fir de ch\u00e8vre, yaourt de ch\u00e8vre, fromage Manchego ou Pecorino qui sont des fromages de brebis). Les laits d&rsquo;animaux de petite taille sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement mieux adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la consommation humaine. Mais le choix des p\u00e2tes d\u00e9pend de ce que vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez et de ce qui est disponible autour de vous !  <strong>Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas d&rsquo;un \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel d&rsquo;une recette.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>J&rsquo;essaie d&rsquo;utiliser des condiments propres autant que possible. Pour un riz avec un index glyc\u00e9mique moins \u00e9lev\u00e9, faites cuire un peu moins longtemps, gardez le riz un peu craquant. Le riz mou est un riz \u00e0 indice glyc\u00e9mique plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. Par ailleurs, vous le m\u00e2cherez moins et le dig\u00e8rerez moins bien. Sortez-le avec <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3XJ3QR7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">une pince <\/a>pour ne pas vous br\u00fbler!<\/li><li data-step-index=\"2\" id=\"mv_create_54_3\">Chauffez le cuit vapeur si vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 cuit le riz. Pendant que le cuit vapeur chauffe ou que le riz cuit, coupez l'oignon, le poireau, et les mangues. Hachez finement le gingembre frais et la coriandre.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"3\" id=\"mv_create_54_4\">Salez le poulet des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s des filets, puis coupez en cube d'environ 2 cm de cot\u00e9. Saler aide les toxines \u00e0 suer et \u00e0 tomber dans la cuve. <strong>D\u00e8s lors, il est clair qu'on utilise JAMAIS l'eau de la cuve pour faire des sauces!<\/strong><\/li><li data-step-index=\"4\" id=\"mv_create_54_5\"><strong>Note: Faites participer vos enfants !<\/strong> Montrez leur \u00e0 les couleurs vibrantes des ingr\u00e9dients frais, <strong>et \u00e0 quel point les couleurs et nutriment se conservent bien avec une m\u00e9thode de cuisson saine!<\/strong><\/li><li data-step-index=\"5\" id=\"mv_create_54_6\">Une fois le riz cuit et le Vitaliseur bien fumant, placez-y l'oignon et le poireau coup\u00e9s pendant 3 minutes.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"6\" id=\"mv_create_54_7\">Chauffez une grande sauteuse \u00e0 feu doux. Avec les autres cuits vapeur, je ne sais pas. Les cuit vapeurs electriques en plastiques ne sont pas aussi efficaces. Quant aux couscoussiers, je ne connais pas leur temp\u00e9rature interne.
