J&rsquo;aime aussi les pains aux farines plus compl\u00e8tes. Ces pains \u00e9taient DENSES, ils vous remplissaient pendant des heures ! Ils \u00e9taient d\u00e9licieux avec n&rsquo;importe quoi : fromage frais, confiture, p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner aux fruits, avocat et fromage blanc, saucisse, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce pain est mon compagnon de petit-d\u00e9jeuner pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9, et mes enfants l&rsquo;adorent aussi. Il est rempli de graines nutritives hautement nutritives et remplies de graisses saines. Le pain de graines est aussi plein de fibres et de prot\u00e9ines gr\u00e2ce aux flocons de quinoa. Il se marie tr\u00e8s bien avec les \u0153ufs au plat, les tartinades fruits vapeur douce, de l&rsquo;avocat et du saumon fum\u00e9. Tout ce que vous voulez. Mais ce qui est encore mieux, c&rsquo;est que votre tranche de pain ne se casse pas pour un rien gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la cuisson vapeur. Ajoutez-y des graines de tournesol, des graines de lin, des graines de chia, et j&rsquo;en ai m\u00eame ajout\u00e9 d&rsquo;autres ! J&rsquo;adore la touche croquante des noisettes, que je remplace souvent par des graines de citrouille. Le psyllium est l&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dient secret. Il maintient le tout ensemble en absorbant l&rsquo;eau et les bonnes graisses. Il joue le r\u00f4le du gluten dans ce pain. Pour l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9, vous avez juste besoin d&rsquo;une huile saine avec des graisses satur\u00e9es pour la texture. L&rsquo;huile de coco fait l&rsquo;affaire, ainsi que le miel. Ce pain est totalement v\u00e9g\u00e9talien, sans produits laitiers, sans \u0153ufs, sans levure, sans besoin de levain. Mais aussi parce que j&rsquo;avais un probl\u00e8me majeur : mon pain se d\u00e9sagr\u00e9geait constamment lorsque je le coupais. J&rsquo;ai r\u00e9solu ce probl\u00e8me pour le jour o\u00f9 j&rsquo;ai test\u00e9 comment cela fonctionnerait dans &#8230; mon cuiseur vapeur ! Mais j&rsquo;\u00e9tais irrit\u00e9e par la quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;aliments qui tombaient en morceaux et par le fait que je devais plus souvent faire du pain \u00e0 cause de cela. Le seul inconv\u00e9nient est que j&rsquo;avais l&rsquo;habitude de faire mon pain en vrac et de cuire trois pains \u00e0 la fois au four. Mon cuiseur vapeur ne me le permet pas : il n&rsquo;y a qu&rsquo;une seule place pour un pain \u00e0 la fois dans le tamis ! Cependant, le processus de fabrication de ce pain est maintenant beaucoup plus rapide parce qu&rsquo;il se conserve si bien. Il me suffit de faire un pain rapidement pour qu&rsquo;il soit pr\u00eat en quelques heures pour le lendemain. Mes enfants adorent ce pain, c&rsquo;est donc une grande victoire.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cro\u00fbte se construit tr\u00e8s bien avec 30 minutes au four. data-step-index=\"1\" id=\"mv_create_55_2\">Chauffez votre eau, juste assez pour fondre l'huile de coco. Une <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3XQBHHE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">bouilloire &eacute;lectrique comme celle-ci <\/a>aide bien au quotidien, mais une bouilloire classique marche &eacute;galement tr&egrave;s bien!<\/li><li data-step-index=\"2\" id=\"mv_create_55_3\">Dans <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4eNqXAD\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">un bol inox <\/a>s&eacute;par&eacute;, versez l'eau chaude et ajoutez y le miel et l'huile de coco, puis l'huile d'olive. Attendez que &ccedil;a fonde, puis versez dans le le bol d'ingr&eacute;dients secs et m&eacute;langez.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"3\" id=\"mv_create_55_4\">Utilisez un moule en m&eacute;tal ou un moule silicone de 20 cm maximum ( pas &eacute;vident &agrave; trouver!)  Transf&eacute;rez le m&eacute;lange maintenant &eacute;pais et p&acirc;teux dans le moule, et aplatissez bien.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"4\" id=\"mv_create_55_5\">NB: Si le moule est en m&eacute;tal, vous pouvez ajoutez du papier cuisson au moins sur la longueur pour sortir le pain plus facilement. Mais apr&egrave;s deux heures ou plus d'attente dans le moule, en passant une spatule sur les c&ocirc;t&eacute;s, vous verrez que le pain sortira tout seul en le retournant.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"5\" id=\"mv_create_55_6\">Laissez attendre deux heures ou plus - plus &ccedil;a attend, plus les graines trempes, moins les aliments contiennent de phytates qui emp&ecirc;chent l'absoption de certains nutrients. Donc si vous voulez, faites attendre la nuit.  Chauffez votre cuit vapeur avec 5 cm d'eau &agrave; feu vif. Quand le cuit vapeur est bien chaud, placez le moule &agrave; l'endroit dans le cuit vapeur. Cuisez 30 minutes, couvert bien s&ucirc;r.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"6\" id=\"mv_create_55_7\">Pr&eacute;chauffez le four &agrave; 180&deg;C apr&egrave;s 15 minutes de cuisson dans le cuit vapeur<\/li><li data-step-index=\"7\" id=\"mv_create_55_8\">Apr&egrave;s les 30 minutes &agrave; la vapeur, retirez tamis du Vitaliseur et posez le sur une planche &agrave; d&eacute;couper pour ne pas vous br&ucirc;ler. Placez une grande assiette ronde retourn&eacute;e par dessus le moule, et tournez le tamis en tenant l'assiette. Posez le tout sur la planche et retirez le tamis et &eacute;teignez le feu. Glissez le pain sur une plaque de cuisson.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"8\" id=\"mv_create_55_9\">Doucement, retirez le moule en le tirant vers le haut et vous aurez un pain humide, mais intact! <\/li><li data-step-index=\"9\" id=\"mv_create_55_10\">Enfournez la plaque avec le pain et cuisez &agrave; chaleur tournant pendant 30 minutes<\/li><li data-step-index=\"10\" id=\"mv_create_55_11\">Laissez reposer 2 heures avant de couper. Le pain se coupe avec un couteau &agrave; lame fine NON DENTEE<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3N82tGM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"> (les deux Victorinox marchent a merveille, j'en ai plusieurs de chaque version)<\/a>, et se pr&eacute;serve tr&egrave;s bien au frigo ou au cong&eacute;lateur.<\/li><li data-step-index=\"11\" id=\"mv_create_55_12\">Se consomme bien avec de la confiture, <a href=\"https:\/\/steamedcuisinelifestyle.com\/fr\/2024\/05\/21\/tartinades-de-fruits-a-la-vapeur\/\" target=\"_blank\">une tartinade de fruits vapeur douce<\/a>, de l' avocat, de l'oeuf<\/li><\/ol>\t<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"mv-create-notes mv-create-notes-slot-v2\">\n\t\t<h2 class=\"mv-create-notes-title mv-create-title-secondary\">Notes<\/h2>\n\t\t<div class=\"mv-create-notes-content\">\n\t\t\t<p><ul><li>Pour le bol en inox, la marque R\u00f4sle est super et le bol de diam\u00e8tre 16 est parfait! Vous l&#x27;utiliserez pour le riz, quinoa etc pour la cuisson au Vitaliseur !<\/li><li>Ce pain se conserve facilement une semaine \u00e0 10 jours au frigo, encore mieux en tranches au cong\u00e9lateur. Avec les autres cuits vapeur, je ne sais pas. Les cuit vapeurs electriques en plastiques ne sont pas aussi efficaces. Quant aux couscoussiers, je ne connais pas leur temp\u00e9rature interne.
